Calling all event organisers! Whilst the 2025 world championship organisation is well under way, we’re also looking to what we can offer in 2026.
It is our intention to partner with a suitable event host to hold the Buhurt International Invitational.
How’s it going to work?
Well some have wondered what the average conference rankings mean. Here it is: The top 2 teams from each conference in 2025 will qualify along with 2 wildcard spots to fight it out for the chance to be crowned the Buhurt International Invitational club champions.
But what about the duellists?
Don’t worry we’ve not forgotten about you.
The top 2 conference duellists in each discipline along with 2 wildcards will also be invited to crown the Buhurt International Invitational duelling champions!
So what’s next?
We’d like to start to get things rolling by asking for organisers who would be willing to work with us hosting these events to get in touch. We are setting a deadline of April 15th, allowing two months to develop the plan and proposal. After that, we would take one month for our internal review, aiming for completion by May 15th. Finally, we would allocate another month to present the options to the National Organization for voting. Send your proposals to Info@buhurtinternational.com.
