Compliance with these deadlines will help ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
In addition to the deadlines, the policies highlight essential information regarding team structure and participation. Each national team must appoint a captain, ensure their roster meets all outfit and safety requirements, and provide accurate details on their support staff and camping arrangements. The media regulations have also been updated to allow one professional photographer or videographer per team in the safe zone, with an action camera permitted on a competitor during the fights. These guidelines aim to balance media coverage with the safety and integrity of the competition.
