The new version of the Authenticity Rules documents has been published on our website. Based on the previous rules, these documents feature a fresh design, more explicit requirements, and a collection of tailored pictures and diagrams. We would like to thank all our partners who granted us permission to use their pictures in these documents.
All documents were presented to the NOs at the BI Summit 2025, and we are proud to announce they were individually approved with significant scores. While there are no major changes, we have added some flexibility on certain topics (e.g., eye-bars). Rest assured, nothing that was previously permitted under the old rules is now prohibited. We hope these updated documents will provide you with accurate and helpful information. As always, we value your feedback, so feel free to share your thoughts with us on the forum or via email.
Since there are no significant changes that would lead to the rejection of existing equipment, there is no need for a grace period. However, we want to assure fighters that the 2025 season will be treated as a transition period. Therefore, some flexibility will be granted for minor details.
What’s next for fighters? If you’re planning to participate in tournaments, we recommend checking whether your armor pictures are up to date. If they’re not, take some time to capture proper photos and be sure to update your fighter profile.
Our team of AC officers has been busy writing the rules (among other tasks), but now we can dedicate resources to online authenticity checks. Our webmaster has updated the procedure on the website to reflect the new infraction classifications. We’ll soon begin these checks, focusing on teams and fighters registered for the first event of the 2025 season (including Carolina Carnage). If you are registered for these tournaments, we kindly ask you to update your armor pictures as soon as possible.
