    To get your license within our organization, you need the following: Be a member of a national organization. Pay our season fee (yearly) of 15 euros or same value in your currency. Get your log-in code supplied by your national organization. have 4 pictures of your self in armor as shown below
  • Where can I register my team?
    You can register your team here link to register Important information To register a team, you need the following 5 fighters/competitors who have signed up on the website.
  • Where can I register my tournament?
    You can register your event/tournament here, link to registration. Make sure your event is approved by the national organization. If not, it will be rejected.
  • Where do I register as a competitor/fighter?
    Reach out to your National Organization (NO) and ask for the info to register. Your NO is the only one that can provide you the registering information. If you are not sure if your country has a NO please visit this link.
  • I want to register my National Organization (NO)
    If you want to sign up your national organization, we will ask you to contact us through email. Please keep in mind to send the following information in the email. Requirements/guidelines and agreement National Organization (document) Small description about your National Organization Once we have received your email with the documentation, we will review it and reply to you once we reviewed it.
  • Can a team captain register competitors/fighters?
    No, you can not, every competitor needs to create an individual profile and pay their fee for the license.
  • How to register as a fighter/competitor on the website.
    We have a video you can follow step by step, this will be linked at the end of this answer. What do you need to register? Password (Given out by your National Organization (NO).   • Event tiers
    What do the new Tiers of event mean? We moved away from the old system in which we called the events “Challenger”, “Open” and “Master”. We are now using the following name: Source = Demonstration (No points will be awarded during this event. It can be used for promotion, etc) Classic = Challenger Regional = Open Conference = Master
  • Switching team captain
    Step-by-step guide: Go to your “My profiles” as the current captain (old team captain), so you can adjust team info and members. Scroll down and find the option “Transfer team”(click to see photo). Press the “get transfer code” this will generate a code. Copy this code. Send transfer code to new team captain. New team captain need to go to his “my profiles” Scroll down the page and enable the option “Team captain transfer” only then you can proceed. Paste the transfer code in the box. Press the button called “become team captain” to start the transfer. If the green text pops up with transfer complete, you are done. Now you can access your team as the new team captain. please adjust the team captain name
  • Where can I buy my license?
    If you have no fighter/competitor profile: At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to pay a license fee. If you don't know how to register for fighter/competitor, please search for "Where do I register as a competitor?" If you are already registered as a fighter, Please click the following link this will send you to your fighter profile.   • Where can I adjust my team profile?
    Go to the top of the website, look for your username. Press the drop down and press “My profiles” and then select the button "Got to team profile". Keep in mind, you can only do this if you're the team captain, and the team profile has been created. Or press the following link
  • When are the transfer windows open?
    There are no transfer windows, every team gets 10 tokens to add an “active” fighter. These tokens get reset in every new season. What is an active fighter? An active fighter is a person who got assigned to a team. Once this person is assigned to a team, this person will become active and will stay active. Do I pay a token for a fighter/competitor who is new to the organization (Buhurt International)? if your new team member is never assigned to a team in our organization, you don't pay a token.
  • Where can I adjust my fighter profile?
    Go to the top of the website, look for your username. Press the drop-down and press “My profiles” and then select the button “Got to fighter profile”. Keep in mind, you can only do this if you have created a fighter/competitor profile. Or press the following link
  • Where can I adjust my Marshal profile?
    Go to the top of the website, look for your username. Press the drop-down and press “My profiles” and then select the button “Got to marshal profile”. Keep in mind, you can only do this if you have created a marshal profile. Or press the following link
  • Can I change my team's names mid-season?
    No you can not, this is only allowed in the season break window (15-December to 10-January). The option to do so will automatically unlock at the end of the season.
  • Where can I adjust my AC Member profile?
    Go to the top of the website, look for your username. Press the dropdown and then select “My profiles” and then select the button "Go to AC member profile". Keep in mind, you can only do this if you're an AC member and created an AC member profile or press this link
  • Where can I find the event/tournament results?
    Go to the past events (click here) go to the event name and click the button. If the results are uploaded, they will be displayed there. If you don't see the results button, the host did not upload it. We (BI) don't have control over this and if the host fails to upload the results in the given time period the event loses its status as a BI event. This means the results don't count in the ranking.
  • Where can I adjust my National Organization (NO) profile?
    Go to the top of the website, look for your username. Press the dropdown and select “My profiles” and then select the button “Marshal”. Keep in mind, you can only do this with the NO account.
